Project Wellbeing Comes To HSD

Pupils at Mayfield being taken through yoga poses by teacher

HSD pupils from F1 to F3 heard from mental and physical health experts, learning how to take better care of their bodies and minds as part of Project Wellbeing.

Spending the day at Mayfield, they attended lessons and participated in workshops related to Dr Chatterjee’s four pillars of health: sleep, relaxation, food, and movement.

Activities included tennis, yoga, dance, CrossFit and much more, with a range of delicious food options provided for lunch.

Take a look at our video below to learn all about the amazing day and the local businesses and organisations that helped bring Project Wellbeing together at HSD!
