Here at HSD, we’re always looking for ways to get together and connect as a community. We hold multiple concerts throughout the year, along with our shows, competitions, and sports events.
We also host reunions for alumni, and our Old Boys’ and Old Girls’ clubs arrange dinners for former pupils to reconnect and reminisce.

This is a mixed event, so both ladies and gents are welcome. The RAF club is a fantastic venue. So, get in touch with your old school chums and join the party.

Our alumni communityYou are welcome to join us for our Armistice Parade as we remember the fallen.
The event will take place from 10:15am to 11:15am, with our Combined Cadet Force and Pipe Band parade beginning at 10:30am.
All pupils and staff will be in attendance for the parade, which will be followed by a laying of wreaths at our War Memorial.

The show is set to include performances from our 2024 Champion of Champions Pipe Band, extracts from shows such as ‘A Charlie Brown Christmas’ and the John Lewis Christmas Adverts, and songs by Billy Joel and Queen.
